They went 100% late at night to save her, not because they wanted to get paid, but because they wanted to help her. Dr. Ellis and Dr. Holland are knowledgable, matter of fact yet passionate.They told me in plain English their problem and then how to solve it. “This is our first visit to this clinic, what a wonderful and caring experience for our little Dachshund Bella. Our regular vet could not get us in for 2 weeks, so we decided to try Rice Creek (they got us in same day) and we're glad they were able to get us in. They thought she may have tweeked a muscle (while chasing squirrel's of coarse), so they gave her a prescription to treat her symptoms, after 4 days of rest we are glad to have her back to being her sunny self again. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has a pet, This is our New Clinic for our pup!!!”

“We had our first visit to Aboite Animal Clinic last weekend and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. They examined my new puppy and got him up to date on vaccinations and on needed medications. They also gave me lots of great tips on crate training, potty training, and grooming. As a new pet owner, I appreciated their patience with all my questions! As a bonus they also have groomers on site so our next appointment will conveniently include both grooming and needed vaccines. The whole team was helpful, friendly, and professional which provided an excellent experience!”

“We are so pleased with the kitty we got from Cats Kingdom USA. Olga was very responsive when I reached out and had the perfect kitty for what we were looking for. She was just under 4 months old which was good for that early nurturing and development stage. We were able to pick her up the very next day. Olga had all of her documents in order, had vet records, etc. You can tell that our kitty had been held and socialized a lot because she is so mellow, so calm, so sweet. I took her to the vet 2 days after we brought her home and they did a full check of her. Said she's very healthy and they loved her sweet demeanor. They told me all the folks at their office wanted to kidnap her, she's so sweet. We've had her over a month now and she has brought so much joy to our house. Acclimated very well with our 8 yr old cat after just one week and they are best friends now. I've read some of the negative reviews but our experience was great.”

I have now moved my dogs over to Warm Hearts and Am so happy I did... They have been fair in prices and taken good care of my babies. Dr Zamora and Dr Larsen I have dealt with and they are amazing ladies... Very much about helping and respectful. I am so pleased with them... “Hi, I had my kitty Archer operated on and stay for 5 days. Having spent a lot of time there, things were pricey- but that is a sin of capitalism rather than a fault of the facility. Having gone every morning and every night for 5 days, the morning staff is spectacular- polite, caring, dedicated, considerate, and positive-energy even in dire situations. Doctor Jennifer Finder saved my little boy's life, and her entire staff treated the situation was as serious and important as it was. Around day 3, I came in on evening to him not in the best condition. He was abnormally grumpy, and seemed abnormally uncomfortable. I found signs of struggle and a lack of monitoring on him from his bandage being visibly too tight, and his cone showing tear from being stuck in it. Outraged and ready to switch hospitals, upon asking a nurse for the head of staff, the evening-shift manager reassured me medically, apologized for the service short-coming without making excuses, validated my concerns, and asked me what I would like to see going forward and complied accordingly. He checked my baby in front of me for any potential damages from the short-comings, and again medically reassured me in layman's terms. I couldn't have written a better response from the evening-staff head, he did everything I needed and I didn't have any upset for the rest of the service. Thank you!!”
