Elise was so sweet and caring, knowing that both Tom and I are very nervous for the vet. Dr. Keeker was laid back but knowledge and explained everything thoroughly to me. He also let me see where the procedure would be. Elise kept me updated and answered all of my questions leading up to the appointment. I had to leave him for significantly less time than other places require which was so nice. They even let me stay and hold him until he fell asleep.
