“Let’s start at the beginning. When you call to set up your appointment the girls are friendly, helpful and thorough. When you show up for your appointment they treat you like a friend they haven’t seen in a while. They always remember your pets name and not only do they greet you they greet your pet too. Then you go into your private room where the professional Doctor comes in to take great care of your concerns. They also treat you like a friend and are very kind and compassionate. They take their time to answer all of your questions and they explain what needs to happen next, in terms that are easy to understand. If you can’t remember what you need to do when you get home, the staff will write it down so you can take the instructions home. They encourage you to call them if you have any questions. I have been going to them for almost 20 years. I recommend them to everyone I know who has a cat or dog. They welcome the puppies and kittens we have had and they help us empathetically when we have had to say good bye to our furry babies. I consider them our friends!”

“We knew the difficult decision was in the very near future for out Hogan. We rescued a beautiful 170 lbs. St. Bernard 6 years ago. He was our 3rd rescue and fit perfectly into our little pack. Watching his health failing, I called Dr. Kowalski, but still could not make that heartbreaking decision. Two weeks later, January 24th, which just happened to be his 10th birthday, Hogan made the decision for us. He could no longer walk. I called and Dr. Kowalski came immediately and as I lay next to my big boy holding him, he passed in the comfort of his home. “We have been bringing our pets to Springfield Veterinary Center since it was founded probably around the year 2000. Our pets have thrived under the care of Dr. Chris Scotti. I took Leah, our boxer-hound mix, for her vaccinations today and wow did they have their coronavirus protocols firmly established! You pull into a parking spot and place your dog in an outside "run" at the appointed time. A staff member speaks with you briefly about the expectations of the visit (both you and she/he are wearing face masks and maintaining social distancing) and you return to your car. The doctor calls you after the exam is completed, then your dog is returned to the run. You pick up your dog, call the front desk to pay the bill, and then leave. This is a solution which I think works well for the coronavirus long run and shows care and concern for you and their staff. Nonetheless, I do miss meeting Dr. Scotti in person but I understand the reason behind this approach. Springfield Veterinary Center, thanks so much for the care you have provided to our furry family members going into our third decade with you!”

“My neighbors suggested I try Hayden Meadows Pet Clinic, after I expressed disappointment with the high cost of my current vet, so I took my old, adopted cat Sophie and was very pleasantly surprised. First off, the office staff are SO FRIENDLY and so are the office pets (a fat, happy tabby, two french bulldogs, a sweet old black lab and another dog which I couldn't see that well, asleep under the counter). Always a good sign when the owners ring a gang of pets to work to be loved on all day! When I met with the vet, I knew I was in the right place. I could tell how much he loved animals just from how he was with Sophie. After he heard that I just want my girl to be comfortable and live out her life, there was no pressure to do blood work or other costly tests, no list of invasive procedures. He understood what I wanted and was very accomodating. And Sophie was so relaxed with him! And the cost of the visit was so reasonable. I'm so happy my neighbors recommended this pet clinic...oh, and they give discounts for referrals, too. Love it!”

“Obviously these are uncertain times but these guys have it down pat! Seriously thier process was smooth and efficient. You pull up, call them, they retrieve your furry one and take them in. The wonderful staff runs back and forth to you and your car filling you in, and bringing you paper work. My pupper had to have a minor outpatient procedure due to a fight with one of his housemates. In and out in an hour. (roughly). I'd say fairly priced, not the cheapest around but certainly not the most expensive. They gave us a range of options that we could pursue starting with the cheapest "bare minimum" if you will, to what they recommend be done, and an estimate if things were way worse than they anticipated. A worst case scenario estimate. My wife and I were able to make quick informed decisions and never felt like they were trying to provide him with a service he didn't need. We're new to the Edmond area and I-35 will be our new home vet. Thanks again! I know Chance feels tons better!”
