“Dr. Branscum is the best vet in the area! She is always very thorough and takes the time to know your animal. I have taken 2 dogs to her and she is so gentle and caring with them. She comes in the room with a smile and is welcoming to you as the pet parent. She identifies the problem very promptly and sends you on your way satisfied that your pet had gotten quality care. They are always very clear on follow up instructions and are very kind about education as well. I love this vet and will always use them as my go to.”

“I brought my 8 week old puppy to his first vet visit on 8/3/20 to see Dr. Bob James. It was a fantastic visit - great Doctor and great staff so don't let the shopping center sketch you out. The doctor was actually referred to us by one of the neighbors and Doctor Bob knew who the owner/dog was just by the dog's first name. The doc even got down to the puppies level and played, giggled and made the doggie feel comfortable with him. He answered my laundry list of first time dog dad questions with patience. The first visit was FREE too! Plan to use them going forward.”

It's within the Petco and their prices are unbeatable. I've had very good experiences each and every visit, including routine surgery and dental cleanings. Dr. Jordan is very reasonable in her recommendations and quite knowledgeable. I trust her and her technicians with my pets which says a lot coming from someone who works in the same industry.”

“I recently moved to the area and brought my pet in February when he hurt himself chewing on a stick. The doctors and staff were great with him! Saw him same day. I took all three of my dogs for annuals and asked for a marble sized bump that popped up on my oldest leg to be looked at. He had to have it removed and tested. The techs and doctors were great! I only wish the front staff was a little nicer. One individual is very abrasive and not willing to help unless it has to do with scheduling or billing. I called to ask about my dog the day of the surgery and she was far from kind, and borderline out right rude. The rest of the staff is great though! Makes up for her 100% 5 stars without her!”
