They helped check out our little Nelson promptly, took the time necessary to thoroughly explain possible areas of concern, and presented us with options which allowed us to make an informed decision. From now on, this will be our go to care provider when time is of the essence. *side note- We’ve read many negative reviews of this business (which it is just that, a business with employees whom all need to get paid). Surprisingly enough, the majority of these negative reviews seem to center on financial concerns. We felt that the price we were presented with was both reasonable and affordable, especially considering the nature and timing of our visit. “My bf adopted Noodle from the AHS in January 2020. 2 weeks later he couldn’t pee. The UofM saved Noodle’s life. Amazing ER, ICU and Primary Care staff and facilities. Prices are fair - the ER was actually cheaper than my primary my vet over in Mound,MN by Lake Minnetonka (Xrays, bloodwork, exams, etc). Great follow up from the staff via phone when questions came up and the staff called to give regular updates while he was hospitalized. I’ll be transferring my 2 pets’ care to here. It’s cheaper but more important, the quality exceeds my current vet.”
