When we got our two pugs , they've always provided excellent, professional, compassionate service. Unfortunately our pugs baby 8 years old, began having some major medical problems Jun 20 , 2018 . And as hard as it was to let her go , we decided to let her cross the rainbow bridge. Her little body wasn't well enough to go on . Dr Curro her veterinarian was so compassionate throughout the entire process. It made letting her go a little less stressful. About a week after we let her go we received the most heartfelt card from Dr Curro , brought tears to our eyes . Thank you Dr Curro, And Middleton Animal Hospital, for always caring for our babies. “We got there early the first time…. Then, ~We were very, VERY happy when they finally DID show up! They were late and told us to get there early but not a single soul was there when we arrived..: We thought for a second maybe we had the wrong day? We wanted to get there early and not miss out as it is first come first serve?? Although, first, we had a dilemma ~ My husband needed to desperately find a restroom- unfortunately, not one was open anywhere and we use to live 3 minutes from there!! Ok …so it seemed no toilet, we may be lost or missing a fact here but we knew we got our info right… so? Next, We had drove everywhere and finally found one toilet he could use. lol Do to pandemic can’t catch a break anymore… usually….but we finally went back and there was the Mobile Van! By this time it was after 9:30 or 10? I was surprised how many people were ahead of us! We were originally the first ones there! lol 😂 Anyways, they were very pleasant, kind, nice and professional plus they had the students, volunteers, and future vets (etc) helping out the one Solo Veterinarian whom was so at ease with all the animals. I could tell they were an awesome and amazing organization there for the animals well being and not just there for the darn money…. I picked the “Puppy Package” and hopefully all will continue to go great! I’m saving a bunch of money 💴 & learning a lot! Maybe not exactly the most convenient way like going into an office but I love ❤️ it …. Especially with Covid. I’m sure glad I found this place and I’m even getting a free microchip put in my fur baby (Gracie) & they will even register it for free for me!! That will happen the last visit out of three! So yes! I definitely like this place! Tammy is on the phone lines and always SO, SO VERY helpful while she explained to me everything in complete detail! So, this place was A-OK! “My pup unfortunately sliced her paw open the other morning and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I called FOUR other EMERGENCY vets and each one told me they didn’t have availability until next week. Next week wasn’t an option if I wanted to help my doggo. I called Circle C Animal Hospital expecting to hear the same thing, maybe it was the desperation in my voice or something but whoever I spoke to told me they could see her now. Yay! The staff was was super friendly and accommodating when we arrived, even though my poor pup was bleeding all over their floors. They fixed her up in a few hours and I was able to pick her up that day. I hope to not see them for an emergency again but if it happens , I would gladly trust my pets here.”

“You and your pet are in excellent hands at Wayland Animal Clinic. Dr. Pinsky went out of her way to save my dog's eyesight when she had acute glaucoma, fitting us into an emergency appointment on a busy Saturday. Dr. Boardman did an excellent job on a tooth extraction on our now senior dog. These vets are among the best trained in the country while at the same time being compassionate, approachable, and very good listeners. The WAC is great too! Postscript: We had to euthanize my dear old companion Ziva at age 12 last week due to inoperable cancer. A friend said, “Dogs give us thousands of the best moments in our lives and one of the worst.” WAC let us do it in the private backyard of the clinic, which is in a converted house, on a blanket on the grass. It felt like home. They gave us all the time we needed to be with her, and she was so happy to be with us outside together on a sunny day with birds chirping and the sounds of kids playing off in the distance. They were so comforting and patient with us, and Ziva slipped away gently and peacefully with her head resting in my hands. As a longtime client, I was so grateful and surprised that they didn’t even charge us. This was a moment I dreaded for many years, but I can’t imagine it being performed more sensitively and compassionately by anyone anywhere else. The benefit of having a sustained relationship with WAC became crystal clear to me. May this independently owned and operated veterinary clinic continue to help animals and their human families for many years ahead.”
