We had to come in because my elderly cat was dying and it was a very sensitive appointment, but everyone was so kind, patient, and compassionate. The entire appointment was emotionally draining and sad but having the support of the staff and seeing how they loved my cat like she was their own really put me at ease. I’m so grateful for Vetco. “Good doctors. VERY hard to get in. Even a "sick" appointment that isn't an emergency is weeks. The practice needs to address this. Established clients need care, same day or next. A week or 2 out is ridiculous. Offer more pay, get more dr. in. No emergency service is offered. Plan ahead for normal health check appointments. They book 6 to 8 weeks out.”

“I’m in town visiting family and my dog suddenly started crying out in pain. My aunt’s usual vet couldn’t squeeze us so we started calling around. King’s Crossing graciously said we could come in immediately. No more than 30 minutes after making that call, my dog was in the back getting x-rays and blood work. Dr. Fuller was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I appreciated that she openly discussed the varying schools of thought of a couple of treatment options. She explained why she was choosing the medications she would be prescribing and how they would help my little guy. She also made some great suggestions for possible treatments in the future. Everyone was so kind today- the team at the front desk, the vet techs, Dr. Fuller. The cherry on top was that the visit was a fraction of the price that I would have paid at home. Not sure how their prices compare to other local vets, but, to me, it was a steal. I would bring any of my animals back here in a heartbeat!”

“We moved to Dana Point 4 years ago and when I found Snoopy’s new groomer and asked where I should go for his shots and well care she told me to see Dr. Echolds at Rancho Niguel Animal Hospital. They always make up a list of the things we talk through for Snoopy’s needs and give me the cost before I make the decision and they never pressure me. “I was here last year because my cat had cancer and they were the most reasonably priced. I also had her teeth cleaned while she was in surgery and since she's been so happy instead of lethargic and grumpy. Its been over a year and the cancer has not come back. She's still herself but has gotten so small. I went again and found out her labs were perfect but her thyroid levels were through the roof. They have in home lab testing so I was able to learn immediately. They thoroughly went over four options with me and the estimated costs. I've started on a recommended treatment and will see how it works. I'll be back in three weeks to see if there's any progress. The staff is very considerate, understanding and welcoming. My cat is 15 and I'll trust they do right by her. I've been to another vet since I moved go byhalia in olive branch and they do not compare.”

“Dr. Craig gave our little girl dog Jett the most thorough annual exam. It was all the "little" things he noticed and addressed, with kindness and consideration, that sold me. Our dog gets very anxious quickly after arriving at the Wellness Center but he took his time acclimating her for the appointment. All the medical stuff went textbook. Love the addition of a full printout of all the discussions and procedures. Don't know where he got the Dr. Grumpy title but Dr. Craig is anything but. Also, his support staff, Meghan and Marta, are the tops. We've known these ladies for several years and they have been as professional as they have been personable. Totally appreciate their continued involvement with Lake Minnetonka Wellness Center.”
