“I recently found a very senior Chocolate Siamese cat. Vet IQ was wonderful! Dr. Cantrell, Vet Assistant Alison, and the other wonderful assistants that helped were so caring. The costs were very reasonable to do lab work to make sure the kitty was healthy and safe to be around my other furry family members. They even checked him for a microchip but no luck. Vet IQ is a great alternative for your regular visit check ups and when you can't get into your regular vet. Thank you Vet IQ! I will definitely be visiting them again with my other pets. It's first come first serve but well worth it. They will call you when your next up so you don't have to sit there and wait.”

“Dr. Reese and Dr. Lipsey have been taking care of my pups for over a decade. Their team has always been so friendly, and they're always accommodating when life happens and you have to bring a pup in without an appointment. Last year I had to put a pup down due to cancer, and they handled such a tough day and time in life with incredible sensitivity and sincerity. This team cares about you and your animals with genuineness. It's always sad to see a one star review stick around on someones page, because reading the only negative review Dr. Reese and his team have it's pretty obvious that they were not the issue. This person with their negative review went and gave bad reviews to vets across the county that are trying to run a good business. I'd give Dr. Hal and Dr. Lipsey 6 stars if I could, and I'm grateful to have them on call to keep my pups healthy.”

“I have used Summerfields since 2018 and I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone but todays appointment blew the others away. The front staff came over several times to talk to my girls and pet them. I felt so seen as a pet parent and not just another patient in the lobby. Then the vet and the vet tech were so kind and handled my problem child with such grace. Just another reason I love this office and their team! They are always quick to sit in the floor to play with your fur baby before starting the exam and they truly care about their patients. It is an animal hospital so emergency’s come through and the wait time for your appointment can be prolonged but worth it for the care care they give. I love their evening and weekend hours too!”

After searching through multiple local vets, I chose Freeburg Animal Hospital because of the caring & kind staff, availability in scheduling on short notice, and Dr Nieman’s compassionate heart. My dog has always been leery around men but the good doctor’s baby-talk made her feel comfortable & allowed him to check her. (Apparently dogs really like this.) So we have been coming here from the start. After 13 years by my side, my sweet Rosie passed away on Friday, 13 Jan 2022. We were lucky to have an attentive staff who made her comfortable before her final moments. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

“My little buddy had a pretty bad ear infection. I needed to get him seen the same day. I called my regular vet who said maybe they could see him in 3 days because this was not an emergency. I called my best friends vet who refused to see him, at all. My other good friend had mentioned her vet was truly remarkable and he cared deeply for animals. I remembered she left his card on my fridge. I called Dr. Day's office where they took time to calm me down AND scheduled same day visit. They clearly care for the animals. They treated my boy with soo much care and love. They made sure he was comfortable and I was always in his sight. I was comforted by Dr.Day and his technicians as they explained in detail everything they were doing and why. They also fully explained then showed me a demo on how to make sure I care for my baby boy correctly. I've decided my baby boy has a new doc.. “I was referred to Dr. Whitlow to assist my 15 year old dog's final day. I had never met Dr. Whitlow before, but he was highly recommended to me by two very trusted friends. “Much easier right now with covid! You make an appt, go online full in pet details. The day of your appt they txt or call when it's your time slot or shortly before and let you know it's ok to go in. There were only 2 dogs in front of me but one was early so mine went first. So much smoother this way then the lines that they use to have!! I hope they actually keep this in place. “We have been very pleased with the level of professionalism coupled with the kindness and compassion demonstrated by each member of the entire team at Assisi. We feel as though each one of our pups receives the attention we expect and that they each deserve. Additionally, they provide comprehensive explanations and help to quell our anxieties throughout the process of providing competent care!!! When our little guy ingested a foreign object, Dr. Guzman took a conservative approach in order to give time for the object to pass. He treated our pup for nausea, vomiting and dehydration and did X-rays (and ultrasound) to check for obstruction. He let us take him home with specific instructions for our pup’s care and requested that we return if he does not improve by the next morning. Needless to say, our pup required surgery. Dr. Guzman and Dr. Jacobi provided the best possible care. They personally gave us updates at regular intervals. Every member of their staff, from the veterinary techs and assistants, the receptionists, and the doctors treated us with dignity, compassion and respect for my family. What’s more is that they treated our “Frank” as a VIP!! Thank you to one and all!!!”
