“AMAZING EXPERIENCE! They really care about the patient and their pet. We told Dr. Lafferty about our awful experience at VEG, where we were charged $3,440 for 15 hours of care, and saw no results of improvement. Our puppy was given to us even sicker than before. Lesson learned: get insurance ASAP! Dr. Lafferty and his team were very empathetic and told us that if Roco didn’t show any signs of improvement, they’d show us how to do his procedure at home, so we didn’t face any other exorbitant bills. The same day we took Roco to Lafferty, he had solid stool by midnight, ate a good portion of his food, was drinking water on his own, and went back to playing with us as the happy dog he is. He stayed at Lafferty from 9-5pm, and we only paid $715, including an abdominal ultrasound. The next morning, he woke up eager to play and see his friends in addition to finishing all his regular food. It was like a miracle! 🙏 Given his drastic improvement, he even tried his Halloween custom. Here’s a pic 🐶🥰”

“I just want to thank Dr. Harris, Dr. Graf and the entire staff for taking AMAZING care of our beloved, 10-year-old golden retriever, Molly, last week. We couldn't get her into Dr. Graf's office for a regular appointment until later this month but her symptoms escalated so we took her in to an emergency vet. She was diagnosed with a deadly condition and needed surgery right away. The office we were at quoted an extremely high amount for the surgical procedure. We called Dr. Graf's office, explaining Molly's condition and asking if they could possibly get her in instead. They worked her in same day and charged us LITERALLY HALF of what we were quoted at the emergency vet. We have 4 goldens, three of whom are seniors and one of whom is currently undergoing very expensive specialty vet care - so vet bills can add up quickly at our house. Not only did they take EXCELLENT care of our senior girl, they did it at a very affordable price point which, for some families could be the difference between the animal getting the care or being put down. We would have paid anything to save her but I appreciate the fact that their focus was on saving our baby girl instead of maximizing profit in an emergency situation. They showed immense compassion for a very sick animal and an extremely concerned family. They communicated well with us throughout the whole procedure and into the next day (since she had to stay overnight). Molly received excellent care and is recovering nicely at home. People rarely take the time to acknowledge and express gratitude when things go well. I wanted to make sure we did that today because we certainly have a lot to be thankful for. Molly is an old lady now and we don't know how much time she has left on this earth but we have had this amazing girl since she was 8 weeks old. She is an extraordinarily intelligent, loyal and loving dog and we can't imagine life without her. To say that we love her very much would be an understatement. She DESERVES the best and that is exactly what she got at Dr. Graf's office. Thank you for giving us extra time with our precious golden girl ❤.”

“In August of 2022 the amount of veterinarians vs pet owners is currently very imbalanced. The wait time at walk in clinics is outrageous. I called Highline today and they were able to take care of my dogs minor emergency today and did it so professionally. I was very impressed with the friendliness and ability to respond so efficiently of Dr Greene and her staff. The best tip I can give someone is bring your pet here! “Posting this on my husband's account. Dr Clairday is a excellent doctor! My Veterinarian recommended him when my Mother's puppy needed an emergency surgery. We changed to this practice due to our Vet being on the verge of retirement. It was a very stressful and scary time. Dr Clariday called us himself throughout the process for updates and thankfully Kirby survived thanks to Dr Clariday and his kind staff. I just took my two dogs in today for their yearly shots and heartworm testing and had some questions since the vaccination process is a little different than I was use to in PA. He took the time to explain which I really appreciated. I trust this doctor a lot and most importantly we believe our dogs receive excellent care at this practice. Highly recommend!”
