“They are simply the best! One morning I took my sweet cocker spaniel for a walk around Balboa Park where he was promptly attacked by a Pit Bull. The owner of the Pit Bull was very apologetic but that didn't help the fact that she couldn't control her dog who lunged at mine without cause. I rushed him to the nearest vet which was Encino Veterinary Center. They offered immediate attention and cared for my dog so lovingly that I knew I'd found a new vet home. Unfortunately, due to my dog's age and other complications, we had to put him down shortly thereafter. Losing a pet is heartbreaking. They are like your child and the loss was significant. I was truly comforted when a couple of weeks later I received a sympathy card from Encino Veterinary Center with thoughtful HANDWRITTEN messages from the staff. I was shocked and literally cried. When I buried my mother and paid an obscene amount I didn't receive a thoughtful message like this. I was absolutely touched that this company would go to such lengths. And to think with my dog gone, I am no longer a customer and yet they still showed such compassion. If I were ever to get another pet this would definitely be my "go to" veterinary. They're service is incomparable. Best pet clinic BY FAR.”

“Selection is simple and to the point. Keh met me when I came in and offered a little input then waited patiently while I was in my head. Two pair were selected and he got me all set up. Spent for a pair of sunglasses and indoor glasses what I would have spent on one pair at an optometrist's office. To be honest, I'd go here always because of Keh himself. He's gentle, kind, wise, talented in his craft, and friendly. I felt as though I'd had a visit to days of old, days that I've missed - slow, focused and intentional interaction, old world craftsmanship and expertise. You know, the good stuff! And offers beautiful bouquets you can purchase. Apointments are scheduled for the u pick your own flowers. And they have lots of variety of sunflowers from which you can choose. I met the owner and chatted and she is friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you flowers on the hill!!”
