“I had prints that were frameless for 6 years because I didn't trust the local chain stores to properly frame it. I found Sam's in Dallas and took him 3 prints. 1 of the 3, my most beloved print "Spanish Dancer" was damaged in the process of framing. I was heartbroken and in tears. Unfortunately, the company that I purchased from could no longer replicate the print. Sam was very apologetic and worked tirelessly to correct it. I appreciated greatly how he owned up to the damage and his offering of a consolation. He concealed the damage to where it's only now noticeable upclose. His friendly demeanor, willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. “Really impressed with this place. We come from the cruise terminal so about an hours walk away. It was definitely worth it. Me and my partner both wanted to try a coffee shop and was the first time at a coffee shop. We explained this to a staff member and they recommend a prerolled one which was good and not strong to start with. We enjoyed the experience so much we went there the next day as well. Staff are very friendly and know there stuff. The place has a cool vibe and felt relaxed. They also do edibles and we will be back here for sure. When we next come to Amsterdam.”
