The initial call to get a quote was easy, he knew exactly what I needed and gave me a quote that was hundreds less than some others I checked with. He showed up on time, the work was done perfectly, and he stayed longer to test the generator and to give me some practical advice on how to power the house with said generator without overloading it. “We signed up with Visiting Angels last spring for help caring for my grandmother. We had another company before them, the caregivers never called to tell us they would be late, and some just didn't show up. If the caregivers are even 10 minutes late the Visiting Angels team calls us to notify us. We only had that happen two times in the last year and both times caregivers arrived in less than 15 minutes. I know there isn't a perfect system, but this has worked out really well for our family. Gran really enjoys Alexis she is wonderful! She is a nursing student and is so excited to make the one on one connection with her, she will make an exceptional nurse one day!!!
