Bless her heart she has had to struggle right along with us through covid regulations and weather situations like an ice storm our dates kept getting pushed back and rescheduled but we made it through. “I live on Longboat Key and have been banking with this bank for almost 20 years. They are like a small town bank that treat you like family even if you don’t live here. I have had accounts at other banks such as Bank of America which is the worst! Treat you like a number and extra fees for everything. I have banked out other SunTrust branches and the respect and courtesy are the same as Longboat. The one star review on here is obviously the one bad apple”

“Citibank shouldn't open accounts on people and then close them on them three days later and then refuse to release your money you put into that account to you when you go into the branch they should release those funds to you. I had no money in my pocket and they refused to give me my money out of my account. Thank God for one of the one banker that works there she felt bad for me and helped me out with a few bucks so I could get home. Otherwise I would have had no way to get home. Today cause they refused to release my money back to me in Cash and unblock the account.”
