I had to call back the following week when I realized my card was never charged. I first spoke with a nice young man and then he passed me on to Mia, the manager, and she was so helpful and genuinely kind. “What a wonderful shop! Not only do they have dozens of unique plants and plant related items, they also have a great cafe with a plethora of snacks. There's also an outdoor seating area that is decorated with plants. I was really excited to find a large strand of pearl plant there too and they even threw in a few long stem roses as a bonus gift! There are better coffee places out there but Starbucks is usually consistent and tasty. Also may I just add how overpriced some things are... That alone took a whole star off the food section... Well I guess that's expected.”

The caretakers transport you first from the parking lot to the gift shop (where you pick up audio devices and pay a suggested donation), then to the Cloisters. Not many or any benches along the way so may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.”

I got a large bourbon caramel iced coffee and a cinnamon coffee cake slice which was very heavy and filling. The cake is super sweet but the coffee balanced so nicely. “The store is very hipster, so I can see why a lot of youngsters like to come here. I ordered their strawberry hibiscus with 50% sweetness. I normally do 25%, but it said it wasn't recommended. At 50% sweetness, it was perfect for me because the drink was a bit tart from the strawberries! Highly recommend it if you're looking for something less sweet, but not in the mood for milk tea.”
