My daughter has autism and they made her feel so comfortable, and not once singled her out. They were having a crawfish event and yet we were well attended and we had great food, we had to order numerous things off the menu,(BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS) we had food and dessert and drinks!! “AMAZING experience. This was so refreshing - If I had one of these by me they'd have all my money. I got a latte with coconut milk, nachos, a club sandwich with potatoes, and finished off with a green tea cake. They served some kind of homemade hot sauce that was so good. They are very allergy friendly I noticed too. Whether you're allergic to nuts, or gluten free, etc, they have options for you and are very inclusive with that. The menu is a great size too. The drinks were lovely and perfectly complemented the scenic surroundings. The salted caramel flavor was just the right amount of sweetness, and the cold brew was refreshing. What stood out to us was the fantastic customer service we received from the staff. They were kind and welcoming and made us feel right at home. They even offered suggestions for other coffee drinks to try the next time we visited, which was a nice personal touch. The atmosphere of this Starbucks location was also impressive. The patio had ample seating and offered a great view of the surrounding nature, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. We also appreciated the bike-friendly location and ample parking for our SurRons. Overall, our experience at this Starbucks location was fantastic. “Stopped by about ten minutes before closing (9pm) to grab a coffee since most of the starbucks in Reno close at 7pm or 8pm. I tried to mobile order the drink ahead of time because I have a bit of anxiety about ordering at coffee shops right before closing. I used to work at Starbucks and know it's a bit annoying to have someone order a couple minutes before closing after most of the bar has been cleaned up. Anyways, the barista who took my order on the drive thru was so sweet and greeted me with a smile. Although I'm sure she didn't think much of it, it really made my night. I know working customer service jobs are exhausting but (as cliche as this sounds) a good attitude seriously makes all the difference.”

Coffee was a medium roast Coffee. I wanted a dark roast. They offered to make a separate drip Coffee for me. Good customer service by the associate at the register. I didn't like the banana bread. It seemed to be not fresh. Overall I liked the Coffee house and I will return to try something else and another drip Coffee.”

“Small place but makes the most of it. It has chairs inside and outside. At night they have lights in their trees and makes a beautiful view. They serve drinks such as lattes, frappes, teas and coffee in the rocks. Very tasty. They also serve desserts. My favorite is their chimichanga ice cream. It takes time to prepare for the base but it is totally worth it. What I love of this place is that they not only sell coffees and desserts, they also have a food menu. Offers delicious mexican food. It is no longer in the menu, but if they have the ingredients they can make chimichangas and they're big. If it's your first time coming here they have a notebook where you can write any message you like. They also have a mug collection inside. Offer small concerts and movie screenings at times. They only have one bathroom and it's small.”
