And although I haven't tried every pizza in Scottsdale, this Rosati's is the best I've had thus far. The traditional thin crust is perfectly crisp. The sauce and cheese tastes like the Chicago that I am familiar with. And the meat and veggie toppings are always fresh (I try different toppings each time). My choice last night was Canadian bacon, spinach, tomatoes, and ricotta. Very impressed. On Tuesdays, you can get one large or extra large at 50% off. I have already marked my calendar with one day prior reminders. Exceptional pizza.”

They let me have a sample of the more bold one just to make sure I didn’t want that. I decided on my first choice but the bold one was really good also, I just wanted to try something new. When my coffee came out I got a complimentary square of shortbread. This square was amazing! Also the syrup they brought out was warmed up. Talk about exceptional. Like I never expected to even get that little square or be able to taste test a flavor. The picture is what’s after but I really was enjoying it and didn’t think to stop and take a picture. Also the little paper cup was my taste test cup the little glass one was the syrup and the syrup soaked paper towel is what the shortbread came on. For sure worth a visit!”

The hours do vary but if you're looking for a nice place to study at in the morning, there's tons of room here! Parking isn't a hassle so don't worry about that either!”
