“It seemed that their shelves were a bit bare in places...there were very little meats and cheeses to choose from and their prices are crazy high...but the things we did find were of good quality. I was disappointed that they don't make fresh mozzarella but the brand they sell is decent, better than anything in a supermarket...but not one bit of provolone was on the shelf...the steaks were beautiful but at almost $40 a pound for a strip steak, not beautiful enough! The fish counter was practically bare, a few pieces of salmon that looked nice enough but on the whole, pretty empty. They only had 2 loaves of Italian bread left...i realize that bread doesn't last too long, though, so im assuming they sell out early. All in all a nice store that could use a bit of restocking.”

I decided to treat myself to a pumpkin cream cold brew to celebrate my 65th birthday. I love this Starbucks, and the staff here, but Michael made the best pumpkin cream cold brew I've had yet. I was feeling a bit lonely on my birthday, and Michael made my day. (Previously) Customer service is amazing! I was a frequent customer two years ago, until my work hours changed, and I hadn't been back since then. I stopped by again a week ago around 9AM. Carson, barista, not only remembered me, but also remembered what I always ordered two years ago (my usual order back then was a little unusual). HE MADE MY DAY!!! Pumpkin cream cold brew is my super star drink now. I've got to have at least three of those a week now.”

Me & my boyfriend just moved to the area & decided to try this place since it's so close by for us & now we go several times a week! “Have a trucker shower (for truckers or people who are having plumbing issues), they keep it EXTREMELY clean as well as the store and parking lot, family has been customers for 15 years ( when Victory was a manager) and everyone who has shown up to work has been nothing but nice to me and my family. Only complaint I have is that there was a former employee who would get a little too comfortable around customers. Don't think she works there anymore! Would highly recommend going here. The assistant manager with glasses and red hair actually paid for my gas one night in order for me to get home when I was having a rough day. Pretty good people”

Could taste the peach and mango and was not too sweet. I ordered the Southwestern Quesadilla which had a nice flavor. It was served with a side and I chose kettle chips. “I'm giving a 4 Star because the play stations are great. I hesistate due to the fact that I booked a birthday party here for my grandson and the person that I spoke with to book was not very professional. First thing was that while I was talking to her on the phone she was constantly calling kids down so I was getting broken conversation which in my opinion if then was a good time to talk she should have asked for my number to return a call to me when time was better or to have an answering service that will take all information. Secondly I asked if there was anything that we needed to know before we got there and she said no, but in fact there was one thing that is one of their rules that she fail to tell me about which is that they are a shoe free facility which is important because there were great grandparents that came and wasn't aware of this policy. I don't walk on anyone's floor without socks on as I have foot issues so I left to purchase socks and as I left my grandsons mother informed me that the owner was talking about me while she was standing there waiting to take in the party stuff (unprofessional). When I returned I was informed about this so I pulled her to the side to speak about it and the policy with the socks. As I am also a business owner just wanted her to know that word of mouth for your business is great for business or bad for business. She didn't want to hear me out so this is where I am with the issues. Solutions would be to make sure that there is a conversation about your policy when someone is booking or don't offer the service as everyone isn't a member and don't know the policy. Secondly you could offer socks for sale in case someone want to purchase sock with grips so that kid aren't slipping on the concrete floor falling and getting hurt. I am glad that my grandson had a great birthday party through all of this and that is what is important. But, for anyone that want to book a private birthday party please make sure that she has answered all of your question through and you have gotten all details of the facility.”
