“We went in to this location on Saturday the Oct 7th, Thanksgiving weekend. It was VERY busy, drive thru and in the lobby. While I did wait inside for a bit for our order, I did not mind. If you go at a busy time cars are piled up in random places making it a jumbled mess of cars. Really annoying overall. The person taking my order here also spent more time talking to their friend than finishing my order. Ended up sitting in the drive through for 2 minutes staring at my already made drink inside the window. Waiting eagerly to be given to me. Yet neglected. Overall fine experience. Didn't really like of payment up front which included tip. Really was uncertain what to expect after ordering and what do next. Especially for visiting for the first time. Someone does bring out your food, but it's really a waitress. So you have to go get your own refills. But someone does clean your table off once you are finished. So that is why it's kind of confusing of how to tip and who exactly is getting the tip. I have noticed recently at several restaurants now that it seems to be a team effort which really helps out with the customer service which has really declined in recent years. The area was really open and a little intimidating but it was unique. Well definitely return again though.”

The "Del Mar" arepa is just a special thing to eat, and I'm particularly picky and spoiled by the food and craft coffee industry I've worked in my whole adult life. My first cappuccino I ordered was heavenly, and the others were just pretty good but not to the point of making me hesitant to order again. The staff are kind and relaxed, so don't come here if you're watching the clock too closely. But dang. It's just great.”

“It was a beautiful, sunny day in Florida when I suddenly lost control. I was on my way to the Venice Golf store when the aroma of freshly roasted coffee filled the air, captivating my senses. I couldn't resist the temptation and was compelled to turn around and follow the scent to Black Gold Roasters. As I approached, I saw people sitting at sidewalk tables, smiling, chatting, and savoring their coffee. They seemed to understand what I was feeling, having gone through the same experience when they first discovered the coffee shop. When I stepped into the store, I couldn't help but notice the massive burlap bags filled with coffee beans and the enormous coffee roaster where they roast their coffee beans in-house. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. I decided to order a double espresso and some chocolate-covered coffee beans, which would make a great gift. The coffee tasted absolutely delicious, and it brought back fond memories of my trip to Italy. Since then, I've visited Gold Coffee Roasters multiple times and no longer buy stale coffee from grocery stores. Give them a try!”
