“First- let’s talk about the beautiful artwork that barista Faatimah created. Her work to advertise this particular establishment is always interesting and beautifully created. Her creativity has always inspired me. I have seen her design numerous signs for Starbucks- as she is hunched over and meticulously drawing. I have included her art below. Second, speaking of barista Faatimah, she introduced me to the London Fog tea. She explained how the hint of lavender will warm my soul— it was just wonderful. I did challenge her however, to make this into an iced drink in which she did not fail. Now this has become my favorite drink. Barista Faatimah, though quiet- she reveals her knowledge of coffee through her silent expressions. I found out that she obtained a special recognition of “Coffee Master”. I truly can see her hard work of learning what it takes to be a great and hardworking barista. Her attention to details is what makes her coffee special. I also love the way she designs my name on the cup. At one point I took my mother and father here and she wrote their names with these cute designs for them. My mom felt so special- she had tears in her eyes. It made my mom smile and for that, I am forever thankful of barista Faatimah’s kindness and thoughtfulness. Barista Rusty- he always welcomes me with a smile. He always Inquires about my family and always been respectful. His laughter and smile is always welcoming and I never felt like an outcast. He treats me like one of the family. At times he is funny as his laughter explodes and radiates around the room. You cannot help but join in. A real gem. Barista Amber—though she is fairly new to me, the few times I have entered, she always welcomes me with big smiles as she address me with terms of endearment—which makes me feel special. I see great things for her as she treats me with the upmost respect and kindness. Barista Jarred, I have known for awhile now especially if I come in the evening. . He’s always friendly and shares his wonderful stories of his baby animals. I always feel apart of his moments as he explains his love for his puppies. His knowledge about different topics is always impressive. Never a dull moment with him. He conversations make you feel never alone.- a real people person! **This Batista team (Faatimah, Rusty, Amber, and Jarrod and others) at this establishment (Coppell Starbucks) always has a welcoming smile and wonderful attitude with a warm appreciation. I am a teacher, one time I asked them to take a picture with “Flat Stanley” for my first graders — and they totally did. You can see Faatimah and Rusty holding - (the others are no longer there) (sorry blurred faces ☺️) I will always be appreciative and blessed to experience a people friendly, respectful, and neighborly atmosphere. “I recently visited this boba tea store and had a wonderful experience. The ambience of the place was really inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy my treats. I ordered the mill tea boba with ube pudding topping, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous quantity I received for the price. The boba tea itself was delicious, and the ube pudding topping added a unique twist that I really enjoyed. Additionally, I decided to try the Korean hot dog they offered, which was a new culinary adventure for me. Overall, I had a great time trying out different treats and soaking in the cozy atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning for more!”

“This place is a GEM. I stop in with my wife every chance I get. When we first discovered them I was going every Saturday (because it’s a bit of a drive from, but absolutely worth it). The food is delicious and all of their sandwiches are phenomenal. The coffee is on point (and I’m critical of coffee). However, I started ordering more cappuccinos 😁. The service is great, I think it might be family owned and run. It’s always a great experience whom ever is there. And I personally love the atmosphere. My wife and I sit drink or coffee, eat, and just talk. It a special place. I definitely recommend that you check them out.”

Their breakfast bar selection is pretty minimal but the ingredients are far superior to any take-out restaurants or even Whole Food's hot bar. My bowl consisted of 2 healthy scoops of scrambled eggs, black beans, and greens. It was a protein-packed breakfast that isn't overly salted and when paired with my nutritional shake, i took in 50 grams of protein! The sandwiches were good, but definitely needed the hot sauce, they were a touch light on flavor and the "special sauce" was a bit too sweet for my taste. Maybe if the sandwich came with some veggies or fruit, it might have brought it up a notch. Still good, we cleared our plates. We enjoyed the coffee and the hot chocolate was pretty good. Service was over the top good, definitely an owner operator vibe and they seem very eager to make sure you leave happy. Did seem a bit cluttered in there, especially behind the counter, but it seemed clean so I just went along with the classic "hole in the wall" vibe. Might try a noodle or rice dish one of these days for lunch/dinner they looked pretty good.”

“Came for pie and coffee and had to order a meal after seeing other plates! First off, the pie was very good. The food is family style with helpings of biscuits, beets, and slaw while you're waiting for your shareable sides of green beans, real mashed potatoes and white gravy. The chicken and dumplings were excellent. So much comfort food! Very pleased by fast service. The only downside is that it is cash only.”
