“I’ve gone to this specific Starbucks for years. Overall, my experiences have been great. The staff are friendly and considerate of your needs. This Starbucks has a drive-thru. The inside is spacious despite its appearance outside. The parking is difficult, however, since the area is small. There is limited parking due to the building being attached to the Dominoes and, again, the parking lot itself is tiny! Not my preferred Starbucks, but I don’t mind stopping by this one either. I do recommend stopping in for your own opinion!”

“I love their juices, smoothies and acai bowls. I think the bowls could use more toppings, I don't mean more variety, just more volume. The ratio of blended acai and whatnot to the actual slices of fruit and toppings is very underwhelming in my opinion. Nonetheless, they are still delicious! Service has always been fine. Nothing over the top, extra mile kinda customer service, but I've never had an ill experience with a foul mood or rudeness. Everyone I have encountered has been kinda "meh". Like they're just getting their job done. Fine with me! The Mgr was also very informative during my last visit, about the juice cleanse options and wasn't pushy when I decided to go with a more affordable route for myself. She was helpful and nice. ✌🏻”

They also do not leave that gross grease stain on the box & weird grease aftertaste in my mouth that most donuts give me. They obviously use a much better quality oil/fry system. “I was working overtime and this spot was close by. Got me an excellent coffee with a protein box. Definitely a Solid spot to get my protein egg box along with a Honey Almond Milk latte. The coffee was amazing and The protein box was great with the fruit being pretty fresh. A great combo to start of the morning and get your sustenance. “I think this location takes a lot of slack. I think because of where they are at, they have a hard time staying fully staffed and get very busy. I've almost always had a very pleasant experience having lived up the street for over 2 years now. Other than the walk-in only Starbucks at the Summit Mall, this is the only coffee shop on the way to Mt. Rose so they get very busy and have a lot of customers. They do great regardless and deserve praise for how slammed they get.”

“I go there everyday, they have this new employee that has his headphones in, we had to repeat our order, it's just one coffee, and he doesn't even make it right. No whipped cream, but ice and coffee, the mint drink. The trainer with blonde hair doesn't even care or seem to correct him. I dont complain because I just want to be in then out. The manager for Starbucks there with purple hair, makes it perfect everytime. It's really not that hard. I'd suggest getting coffee when someone more experienced is there.”
