“Mostly every time I go here the staff is polite, friendly, respectful and helpful. If my drink taste funny, they fix it if I ask and it’s usually busy here in the mornings. My complaint for this location would be that my food is often not ready when I place a mobile order and get there. I don’t know if the food is being made in the order it is received or not but it’s kinda frustrating that it’s never ready. Maybe this location needs a third oven.”

One time I was provided with a decent amount of boba and jelly but then the next time I received way under the amount I expected for a drink the same price. It’s a good place however the service and amount you get really depends on who is working that day. Most of the time it has good service however when it does the results are pretty disappointing. They need to be more standardized with service and drink preparation, I say this as someone who absolutely loves the place and will definitely go back.”
