“I am so sorry I took so long to comment on Budget City..I don't know about other people s experience but I have had nothing but great service. My first vehicle from them was 2012 Ram 1500 there was an issue mechanic wise however they corrected it and its running good today. My second vehicle is a Subaru Forester 2009 only thin I had to do was replace some belts and that was 2 years later. People have to understands this is not a new car sales lot and any vehicle over four or five years will need some work. “Camping has always been something our family has enjoyed through the years. We have camped in everything from tents, pop-ups, truck campers, and trailers. My wife and I decided that when retirement time came, we would upgrade our trailer to a small RV. One day we just happened to drive by Lake Region RV In Ramsey, MN. It was close to closing time, but we stopped in to get some information on class B & C RV’s. Seth took the time to give us all the info we needed and showed us a couple of units on the lot. We had no intention of buying yet, we were just starting our search. We were impressed that they stayed open for us just to answer our questions. We continued to search a lot online, looking at both new and used. Because of the pandemic and people camping more, finding the perfect coach was not easy. We remembered how Lake Region RV treated us at the start of our search, so decided to stop by there again. Seth welcomed us with a smile and we sat in his office and described what we were looking for. Several weeks later, we found the RV we wanted & purchased it from Lake Region RV’s. I bought a 2010 Chevy from them in August 2019, that I have not had 1 problem with so far. I drove it back to Philadelphia and back for a visit and still "Not a problem". I was impressed by their outstanding customer service...it never felt phony, nor did they seem "thirsty" for a sale. Probably, because all their sales are solid. I appreciate this as I moved to Ahoskie from DC where Uber and Lyft Everyday, was cheaper than insurance, carnote, and parking. So after I was duped by someone selling me a used car that they stated had 126k, and actually had 262k (after I paid registered it and it was delivered to my door with my sticker stolen) and broke down weekly from April 2019 until I found Terry's Used Cars. This car dealership, actually saved my life and I have enjoyed the ride ever since:)!!! If you need a car, and want honest, great customer service ...go here, as a matter of fact, I referred a family member but unfortunately the car they saw on the lot was sold in a day or so. If you see something in their lot, you need to go in and get it... Terry's Used Auto has their own financing there and will also refer you to other places for financing.
