“This was the easiest auto buying experience I've ever had. Rod was super! I inquired about a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK Sahara late one evening. Rod emailed back first thing the next morning with the info I requested. Answered the phone the first time I called him a couple of hours later for a follow up. We had a deal by lunch. I live 8 hours away and decided shipping it would be my better option. Shipping price with the company he suggested was more than fair and Rod handled it all from his end. Garret texted me an hour or so later and said he had an approval. And even with a local credit union with a better interest rate that I could find with my challenged credit. I made an appointment the next day with him after work. He sees customers on appointment basis only. So he has your time completely dedicated to him. I test drove the car. Loved it. “Purchased a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor from R&L this week. The vehicle, sitting pretty at 151k-ish miles was damn near immaculate inside and out. Pricing was fair and easy, met with Diego twice and on the second visit I decided to make the purchase. Communication was great, received texts and updates regarding the vehicle in the week leading up to me buying it, Diego had it washed, detailed, and sitting inside the show room waiting for me on the second visit. The purchase was quick and painless, Diego even knocked a bit off the price since I’m law enforcement, which I thought was awesome. Took the vehicle to a service center for review and was shocked when all I got was “We’re just gonna replace a coil because it’s old, it’s good to go.” Which is something I’ve never had happen when buying a used vehicle, especially a used police vehicle. All in all this has been the best experience I’ve had buying a used vehicle so far. No games involved, which was refreshing. The price negotiation was honest and straight forward.
