On a personal note I want to thank Guy, due to inclement weather he put me up in a hotel for the night since a rare snowstorm had made the road home dangerous. “So I ordered a Panigale V2 from Andrew at Hudson Valley motorcycles back on May 4th. The whole time he stayed in contact with me and let me know what was going on. The whole process I was quite impatient but he was never rude and answered my questions through text or call within minutes. I ended up getting the bike over the weekend and I love it!! I drove 5 hours from Rochester New York to get there and I would do it again to deal with them. Great customer service and great people. I also bought a helmet, jacket, and gloves from them. They gave me 10% off for getting a new bike from them. Teddy and Geech ( I think it's Spelled lol) were awesome!!! They showed me how the jacket should fit, help me pick out a helmet, talked about their riding experiences, going to the track, and all types of stuff. There was never any pressure and they allowed me to take my time evaluating the decision to purchase. They reduced the price according to the concerns I had with the car, and overall I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. I received the title well before the 45 day grace period to get the car registered and such. Four months later, and I am still happy about my decision to purchase from this dealership, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
