“Wow I am surprised at some of the reviews are bad, I purchased a 98 Ford F150 a year ago for $3000 the dealer made it clear that there is no warranty and I was buying it as is. The truck was super clean and the paint looked new, drove great but needed a few cosmic pieces replaced. The only issue I have had is the a/c went out, only spending $3000 for a truck I expected to fix a few things along the way. I was so happy with my first purchase I just bought a 96 Jag from the same dealer for $3500 with low miles and it is in spectacular condition. This is my fourth Jag, I have never purchased one this old but everything works perfect, WOW that's amazing for a Jag with 30 warning lights and none on. Hopefully I will have the same luck with this one as the truck.”

“We were very impressed with the Titan Van build online and at the Bend Adventure Van Expo. Chandler found us a build spot the end of October. We decided on the Classic build with some upgrades. They completed our build on time and Matt and Chandler came in on a Friday when they are usually closed to accommodate our pickup. They even took the time to give us a tour of their facility. The fit and finish are excellent. We are very happy with the build quality and function. We experienced a malfunction of our battery monitor on the way home and Ryan was very patient and helpful in walking me through the diagnosis and solution, since we live a state away. I am very excited to get out and use our van. It kept us very comfortable driving home and camping overnight, without external power, in temperatures down to 4 degrees F without our window coverings. I liked their build enough to travel a state away to have them finish our van.”

“(for Friday 11/4) I had a flat again in the same tire I've patched twice, so I knew I was due for a new set of tires ASAP since you can't keep patching the same tire over and over. So I ordered them on Discount tire because I knew they did financing, couldn't get an appointment for two weeks but the website offers walks in for a longer wait. So okay, I'll just spend the day in Carson, no biggie. I get there as soon as they opened, a woman in line behind me asked if she waited in line she'd get her tires installed as she didn't have an appointment, they tell her yes. They'll stop taking walk ins at 10 or 11. So I'm like, sweet. It's 8, I'm good. I wait for an hour, and was told they can't install my tires. I said screw it, give me my tires, has to be someone that can install them. I went to Ford, called some of the other dealers around, and Dodge was the only one that said yes for $150. I get there, everyone's really nice and they take me in. The alternative was driving ANOTHER 70 miles back home on a spare so they saved my butt. They also provide a free shuttle so I went and got breakfast at Pegs and walked to the nearby strip mall for some shopping. They installed my tires in less time than originally estimated, picked me up from Pegs and sent me away safely home on my new tires. Honestly I'm not a fan of Dodge too much as a vehicle brand, but this specific dealership has top notch customer service that can rival the Volvo dealer in Vegas. Maybe if my engine ever fails I'll put a charger engine in it ;) . Or if Dodge ever brings back the Magnum I'll be first in line. Till then, I'll remember where to go for tires next time.
