“What a great used car dealer! I had been too many over the last year looking for my specific vehicle. The guys were very welcoming and let me take out a couple trucks. I test drove one a couple times over 2 weekends before selecting it. After purchase while driving home it began experiencing problems related to the emissions system..I returned, they met me at the truck and offered to get it fixed if I still wanted it. “I am very picky about my vehicles and service so I am not sure where the 2 or 3 negative reviews come from but I have been dealing with Reineke which use to be Dukes for 30 years and there is a reason for that. Have I always been happy with everything? NO! But I can tell you that for all those years Brian Dukes has been extraordinary! Any time I have had an issue they have addressed it. Not always perfect but they go out of their way to make you happy. They are a small town dealership with a family feel to it. Not some fancy multimillion dollar facility. They did not have the truck I wanted but found one for me. They drove north of Detroit to get it for me and said I was not obligated to take it if I was not satisfied. NOW THAT IS SERVICE! They don't have a huge local inventory but will do their best to get you what you want. Having other dealerships to work with I have yet to see them not get what you need within reason. Service is usually quick and easy. I love dealing with these guys. To much to list but although there are other dealers in the area I always go back to these guys.”
