“We had been searching for a Lexus GX 470 for some time and when one popped up nearby, I called N&N Auto Collection right away to see if it was available. Arman responded quickly and arranged the car for me to see even though he had sent it to get detailed. I met with him and he allowed me to take ample time to check out the vehicle thoroughly. I'm pretty mechanically inclined so I inspected the vehicle inside, outside, under the hood, under carriage, etc. I knew the common problems these vehicles had so I knew what to look for. Arman also provided me with the Carfax report which showed the vehicle's history. I liked what I saw and Arman had it priced very fairly. He gave me the total cost including the tax, tags, registration and I gave him a deposit so that I could get the certified check from my bank a couple days later. I came to pick up the vehicle with the check and he had all of the paperwork ready. Signed the paperwork and he handed me the keys. I was literally done in 5 min. If you're shopping for a car, I highly recommending doing your research and know what to look for. If you are not mechanically inclined, get a pre-delivery inspection done by a local mechanic and they will tell you the if the vehicles has any issues and what the overall condition is. I truly appreciate how professional and transparent Arman was and how quickly he communicated with me when I had any questions. “I’m embarrassed to admit that while I read & use info from reviews, I am not great at writing them myself. That said, I had to share about my experience purchasing a vehicle from Reed Hyundai. I’ll start by saying I’ve been a Honda customer for pretty much my whole life. However, after a bad experience at a local Honda dealer I decided to start researching other car manufacturers. Gage was first to greet me when I walked in & I immediately felt at ease with him. I had planned on the Santa Fe, but after sitting in & test driving the Tucson, that’s what felt right to me. Gage was SO very patient with all of my questions & even going with me to make sure the Tuscan would fit in my garage (other non-Hyundai SUV’s I looked at were much too wide). Gage’s easygoing demeanor put me at ease - I never felt rushed or pressured, which is so important when making a large purchase like this. Additionally, his knowledge of the specs on the Tucson was amazing. He was literally able to answer any question I threw at him & explain things in a way that was easy to understand (ie non-textbook manual). Super impressive! The style I wanted (black on black) wasn’t available, but Gage was able to locate one out of state & quickly got me on the waitlist for it. Much to both our surprise it even came in early! Gage & the Hyundai staff made the actual purchasing process as easy as they could & answered the additional questions I had. I was even gifted a beautiful & thoughtful goodie box of yummy snacks, which was a nice touch. Gage even sat with me in the car to go over the specs again so I felt confident driving away. Almost a month later & I could not be happier with my decision. I’ve never been so happy with a car buying process as I am with Reed Hyundai & I am in love with my new car. It’s truly all I could have wanted and more. Plus given all the “bells & whistles” it was even more affordable than other vehicles I’d looked at that priced out all the upgrade features individually. Gage has even followed up to make sure everything has been going well with the car. And when my floor mats came in that I ordered even helped put them in. I can’t say enough about how so phenomenal Gage has been. Truly one of the most outstanding individuals I’ve met & I do not say that lightly. The check engine light popped on after a long test drive alone, and I notified the salesman. “My first visit to VE Motors was over 10 years ago when I was referred by a co-worker that they did foreign car repair for a lot less than the dealerships. It turned out to be true, but even better than that, was the personal service of the owner and his mechanic. I've taken my BMW and Honda's there now for 10 years, for repair and for regular maintenance. I save at least 25% than from the dealership. They do most the work the same day and I've never had to go back for the same thing. I usually ask them what I should be considering for the future and they tell me what I should be planning on doing to keep the cars in top shape. They even tell me the sweet spot when I should sell a car (at a certain age or miles) to avoid a costly season of repairs. They happily work on cars I buy elsewhere, but I've bought one car from them and sold one car to them. They were very fair on the prices for both. I really can't think of a bad experience I've ever had with them over 10 years of going several times a year considering my family has 3 cars. I've referred all my friends there and everyone has a great experience and loves the prices. I would recommend you get to know Al, the owner, and even though the head mechanics have changed about 3 times in 10 years, he always finds great people. And don't forget to get a piece of candy from his jar in the office - but leave the tootsie rolls for me! *the owner is also a Christian and a good man. He is a first-generation American and has an amazing story of hard work to get to where he is now. A real American story.”
