He offered a great price (for reference, my car was over a decade old and wasn't even running anymore) and within an hour, one of his men (Ryan!) was at my apartment complex to pay me and tow my old car away. The service attendant explained my bill and ensured that I understood what had been done and without hesitation checked me out (to pay my bill) and was extremely pleasant and friendly and calm and wished me a good day.
