We also blew the head gasket on our car and had to rent a car and stay in hotels and were so distressed when our simple efforts to escape the covid put us in more contact with people than we had since March! “I have owned my vehicle for a little over a year now. I have had no major issues with the vehicle and am overall happy with my purchase. I do want to touch on a couple of things that I wasn't too happy about. I had never purchased a used car on my own before so these are really my mistakes. I told Sam the windshield wiper fluid wasn't spraying and assumed it was low, he offered to refill it however that wasn't the issue the problem was the actual spray nozzles which had snapped and were spraying all over my engine bay every time i pressed the button. Ok, cheap fix. The tire pressure sensor showed that a tire was low, he assured me he checked all tires and that the sensor was just bad. Turns out their was a nail in my tire, had to replace the tire. I asked them to detail the car it had a musty smell and some dirty spots, the vehicle was the same when i picked it up, i went on a road trip with family and their was melted crayons hidden in the arm rest cup holder in the back. My last complaint was i had asked to make sure an oil change and new filter was completed. They smudged the numbers on the sticker and me being so excited to have a new car after my old vehicle died i didn't think twice cus he was nice. I had to immediately get an oil change because it was over i can't remember like 1-2k miles. Sams a nice guy but he is a salesman and a businessman. My recommendation, make a list of all the things to check... electrical, tires, a/c whatever and make sure to review before you purchase. Overall like i said i am happy with my purchase it is a used car but don't tell me you'll take care of my concerns. I'd rather have been told this is what you get.”

We had a long list of needs, and a store associate named Jacob was EXTREMELY helpful. He kept a list of everything we chose, got us checked out, and even scheduled us later on for delivery. When our moving plans changed and we ended up needing our furniture delivered 3 weeks earlier than requested, Jacob was readily available and made it happen. He kept in touch with us throughout the delivery process and was so professional, helpful, and patient with us. “We recently had a issue with our vehicle while dining at 5 Church. The manager Chad was very quick to assess the damage, take pictures and share his contact info. We took the car to our mechanic, he repaired the small amount of damage and sent invoice to Chad as he requested. Received check for repair in less than a week. Exceeded our expectations. Valet parking is not easy uptown and I certainly understand that our car has a very low clearance and can easily hit something when parking in these small spaces. “Wow, I had a phenomenal experience trading my vehicle in and paying for a newer vehicle outright! I had first called about the vehicle I was interested in and they were completely honest about the vehicle’s title and condition and texted me the VIN. I later test drove it and was not pressured to look at other options or newer years of the same vehicle. A few days after that, I called about trading in my vehicle for the one I tested and they at least gave me an estimate before I drove 3 hours for them to check it out. They offered me more than what they estimated which allowed me to purchase the newer one without a loan. Such a smooth process! I had to mail them the title for the car I traded in and they were very patient and trusting with me. I read lots of reviews about their dealership before looking too much through their inventory.
