Ricky took me on a couple of test drives to show me the features of the car and to make sure I was comfortable and happy driving it. I’m usually pretty awkward and quiet but Ricky made it so easy to talk while we drove the vehicle around, there were no awkward silences (which is pretty rare with me). Back at the dealer, Manny kept my mom (who chose to stay behind) company and when Ricky and I got back from our test drive they looked like a couple of best friends chatting over coffee; which was very nice and shows the extent of the great customer service offered.
