Stephanie promptly made our appointment and told us there would be no charge for the inspection. We arrive early for our appointment and were greeted by Kevin. Kevin was polite,professional and immediately processed our car for the appointment. He then told us he would bring the car over after the inspection.We waited in the main sales showroom and were greeted by (3) people with a smile as we walked by to get seated. “Different experience to buy a car here. Actually, I prefer it over major dealers right now. No messing around with dealer add-ons and not super pushy selling extended warranties... however, their warranty prices are astronomical compared to what you would pay for a new car, so I can't give them a full 5 star rating. Be very careful when adding a $50 to 150 monthly warranty. Do the math! Their warranties are $5000 to $7000 compared to a new Hyundai. I recently paid $700 for the extended warranty!”
