“This is a store that is part of the Avis franchise, and the owner of the store local and helps put money back into the community. Instead of helping the big-time corporations. I met the owner for my first visit to this store. I had an emergency with needing a rental like ASAP. Due to my vehicle having mechanical issues. I was able to book and pick my rental up in 15 minute time frame. He was very welcoming and polite. He was also very informative and helpful. They had an array of vehicles to choose from. there cars are new and extremely clean and easy to drive. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and had all the questions we may have answered. They even let me extend my rental for extra days because my vehicle took longer than expected to fix. I had a wonderful experience and I would recommend this store to anyone hands down. This is my new go-to rental company for any issues I may have in my future endeavors.”

“Hands down amongst a lot of travel this is right up there as one of the most memorable experiences. Ross was our Hawaii Campers guy and he couldn’t have made the customer experience any better. Our first choice of van didn’t suit but he was understanding and found a solution and we were on our way with ‘Lucy’. The van was great, bedding awesome and the convenience of kitchen etc well set up. There is something very magical pulling your van into some of the most glorious locations on the planet to spend the night. Everyone loves a little five star luxury but in many ways it doesn’t compete with this option. Just for getting close and connected with life. Hawaii Camp Surfers rock. We will be back and can’t wait.”

“I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at this location! They went above and beyond to accommodate me from our very first interaction. I needed to rent a car because my personal car is getting a repair, they allowed me to pick up my rental Monday morning almost 3 hours early so I didn't have to miss any more work. On Thursday they called me to notify me that the car I was renting had hit a certain mileage and they were going to take the car off the lot, and asked me to bring it in to be put in a newer car. I had absolutely no problem with this as I drive A LOT for work, and have the car reserved for two weeks. I was able to swap out the cars today (Friday), and was given the choice between two cars, and they had me ready to go in five minutes. Now, I got 10 minutes down the interstate and just absolutely did not like how to car drove, and I want to make it clear that the car was in perfect condition and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car itself, it was just a personal preference of how the car handled. I brought it back and asked if there was any way I could be put in a different car, because as I stated I drive so much for work, I just wanted to be comfortable with the vehicle I was driving. Kiara is the employee who has helped me most throughout the process, and I cannot describe how amazing her customer service is. She gladly switched me into another vehicle, again in less than five minutes I was out of there! There were a few other things along the way that they accommodated for me as well, but seriously, this is the best location I've ever been to!”

“Moving is stressful!!!! Thankfully one thing that didn't add to that stress was renting the truck at Wheeling Budget. Mr. Don was helpful, friendly and polite . The truck was ready on time, the pads were there and everything went smooth. The truck had seen better days, but that wasn't the agency's fault that was Budgets fault. This location was perfect for my needs and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. The drop off agent was also helpful and polite. All in all, way cheaper than U-Haul and a good experience, use Budget not U-Haul for your one way moves!!! Thanks Mr. Don!!”

“Tis the season… last week I stopped at a Chrysler dealer because my passenger seat back fell back and it would not move upward. The electronic devise was broke. I was told they would not work on my van because it is eleven years old and they don’t work on anything older than 10 years. My husband is a recent leg amputee and he can only fit in the front passenger seat. While heading home I noticed your company. I pulled in and in desperation I walked into your office and explained the situation. One of your office staff went out to look and in a couple of minutes, he removed the faulty part and told us he could order the part. Fast forward a week and they received the part and replaced it.
