“First, there was a short ride from the airport to the office, where the paperwork was completed very quickly. The office was clean, and staff were very friendly and quick. We were even offered water and coffee! We were pleasantly surprised when we found out our vehicle was a Mercedes, which was immaculate. Prices were good, and drop off was a breeze. “This car rental business has the feel of a family owned/small business and they are not like the major car rental companies that is typical. I found an amazing deal on a Jeep Wrangler on Expedia with them. The women in the office were very nice and friendly. Service was quick and easy! I would take your own proof of insurance with you for booking, as they will try and add this on. Also, follow the employee and take pics of the dings and damage of the vehicle along with them to avoid any issues. Other than that, they were very nice, fast and helpful! The shuttle drivers were also super friendly and sweet to us! Thank you so much ladies for all of your help!”

“We had J&A detail our Black Hyundai inside and out, and repair a scratch in September. All I can say is they are the best! They were able to get our Black car looking the best it has since we purchased it. And Black is a very hard color to work with. We can see the metallic sparkles in the paint now and the finish looks like glass. The interior is spotless. We’re ready for winter. The scratch that they fixed is perfect. There is no way you can tell a repair was done in that spot. It’s like new. This is the best auto body shop we have found.
