“I was looking for a reasonable/cheap minivan rental for a family of 5 vacation, found a deal through Hotwire with ace rental car ps: it is AVR (airport van rental) but they use ace facility .after I read the reviews I was afraid of the worst I called the day before and confirmed with Melba she gave me the procedure and what to do once we collect bags. I called after we got the bags a nice lady answered and said the shuttle will turn right back just give it a 10 minutes and it was nice clean ford transit shuttle Atelier hotel sign on so when you call make sure to get the description and the exact door 115A,the driver was very polite and helpful we got to the facility we found hour car ready by the mIn lobby entrance nice clean 2018 grand caravan new tires and full tank of gas sign the papers did walk around for any damages and got on my way . And because of the cold weather in Chicago (vortex week) my flight got canceled so I called to extend an extra day they were so helpful and got a break in the price. They close at 4:00 pm so if you have kids or big group drop them off at airport first and one person can mange the way back . I got a hotel room across the street so I dropped the key in after hours box and walked .thank you guys for making it easy and stress free My advice especially for families plan ahead do your homework .”

“After reading all the negative reviews, I was a bit worried after booking a 12 seater van at AVR, Houston. Fortunately, we had a good experience. I received a call to confirm the reservation a couple of days before the rental. Van was ready for us, clean and in good condition. Tires looked new. I would have given 5 stars but for the confusion during pickup with the documents needed to get the unlimited miles and decline rental insurance. Wish they had that information online. That said, I would definitely consider AVR Houston again. For future renters: 1. To get unlimited miles, you need to provide proof that you live 120 miles away (license and recent utility bills) 2. If you are planning to decline AVR insurance coverage, be ready to have someone from your insurance company confirm that your insurance will in fact cover the rental van.”

“3rd time using them this year. 5 stars for previous visits due to: no wait, clean car and awesome customer service. Yesterday was a different experience.....the lobby floors were rather distracting (dirty), more employees than customers however only one employee was working, it made me uncomfortable when other customers weren’t greeted by the non working employees. The car was nice..But once I left the lot the alert went off that the front tires needed air, and between the car seats were filthy. I don’t know what changed in such a few short months but please tighten it up. You have such a convenient off airport location and would hate to go elsewhere.”

“The Indy Driver's website made it so easy to book an appointment. I don't know the city that well and the roads were bad, so I searched on yelp. The easy booking is what did it for me. Everything else was good to. Very comfortable ride and the driver was nice. He arrives a little earlier than I wanted, but that's my only complaint. *I though that I already had posted this but it never sent. The actual date was in January.”

“first please note that this rental car service is essentially a counter inside the Hilton palace Vienna Vista at Disney springs hotel. It closes at 5 p.m. and you cannot pick up the car after 5 p.m. unless you pick it up earlier and park it and pay for the day parking at the hotel and also pay an extra day of rental service. O.J. who works in man's this station is incredibly helpful. He will give you all possible options if you need to work outside of 5 p.m. with other national car rental services in the area. I had to pick up the car at 8 p.m. from filter but it was closed so feeling for me to be picked up from the car service at Disney to their other national service and allowed me to pick up the car at 8 p.m. from their lot.”
