“This Enterprise location has to best customer service among other. I've been renting car every 2-3 months from different companies but from now on I will only rent from this location. They have great vehicles, variety of selection, vehicles in great condition and low mileage. The customer service at the check in counters always polite, efficient, and friendly. The escort who lead me to my vehicle always friendly, and very patience with me. I admit I am very picky. The check out attendants at the booth always offers a lot of help, and very humorous. Last but not least, the rental car return attendants always efficient and made sure everything goes smoothly. I never have to worry my card will be overcharged for nonsense. For the past few times I rented my car with them, they never pressured me to upgrade, and never pressure me to purchased insurance coverage or trick me to sign something that I am not aware of. Everything are explained to me very throughly and make sure I understand. Everyone always have great smile on their faces, always helpful and professional in all ways. “I made a reservation for a car rental for a quick trip to Dallas last weekend. I showed up at the store to pick up the vehicle and had to wait a few minutes for them to get a vehicle ready. I believe I rented a intermediate sized car but was upgraded to a SUV. Vehicle drove great, rental process was very smooth. My only problem was the vehicle was just cleaned and the cleaning job done on this was terrible.”

“As a renter with the "Preferred" option, renting and getting a car is so easy. This location is no exception. An email informed me of the exact spot where I would find the car I needed. Even though my flight was delayed, a call was all it took to ensure that I would still get the car specified. So a walk from the shuttle through the doors of the rental car facility, an escalator ride downstairs, and a walk out to the parking garage was all I had to do. Avis had the car waiting in the specified location. So easy. Google Maps tried to take me to the wrong spot for the return, but following the signs got me exactly where I needed to go. Thanks Avis!”

“Initially had an issue with the front desk staff being somewhat angry and rude when I wanted to try and modify an existing reservation. Well the rest of the staff was simply phenomenal. The staff member who showed me to my car immediately upgraded me and then one of their managers, Brandon B, insisted on compensating me for the poor customer service. I didn't ask for anything, they insisted to ensure I was satisfied. Well, I'm definitely satisfied. It is clear that the management team at this location takes customer satisfaction and loyalty VERY seriously. Could not recommend this location, and Enterprise in general, more!!”

“When I picked up my rental, I noticed that one of the tire pressures were low. This was after I had already left the lot, so I called customer service. They said that I can either add air myself, or bring the car back and exchange. Due to time constraints, I opted just to add air myself. It was a mistake to not go back and exchange the vehicle. I had to add air everyday. There was a slow leak, probably the valve stem. I am hoping that they fixed this before sending the vehicle out into their fleet.”

I had an issue with my credit card (my magnetic strip was not working) and I was told that I wouldn't be able to rent a vehicle if the strip wouldn't work. “Very efficient facility, after taking the shuttle at the arrivals area, getting to this building is easy and finding your car rental company is a breeze. You don't have to walk long distances with all your luggage and from the counter to the spot where you pick your car is not too bad. Getting back to to the building when you return your car is a bit longer than necessary due to the layout of the roads, but is not extremely bad”

Alec even recommended a couple of good restraunts to check out while in town. This is the best service I have received at any rental site other than my hometown where they know me.
