“My traveling party arrived at AVR-Denver late in the evening exhausted from a full day of commuting with several hours of driving still ahead of us. Our van was ready and waiting for us. However, we had underestimated the road conditions having never been to the area. Out of concern for our safety, the manager, Frank, approached us with an offer to exchange our rental for an SUV that would be more appropriate for the destination. This was no upsale tactic or money grab, just one human showing concern for others, which is what customer service is all about!
