“I don't know why people are beating down on Fox rent-a-car. I rented a 2018 Jeep Wrangler from SFO all the way to LAX for 5 days. Nick, the person at the counter was very professional. We were out of SFO and on the road within five minutes. The vehicle was in pristine condition, and way better than what I was expecting. Above all else the best part for me is the connection the drivers took the time to make with my daughter. Double leg surgery, a wheel chair, and a “private handicap transportation” on top of starting her first year of Middle School can be very stressful and nerve wracking. Loyd (her most consistent driver) our daughter called him “Jamaican Loyd” was phenomenal. Then there was “Cool Mike” who always made her feel normal and cool herself.
