Alisha, Joseph and Malek made sure that I was taken care of while my vehicle was in the shop and they were able to keep extending my contract until the dealership was able to diagnose and fix my car. When I had an issue with the rental due to needing a new tire they made sure I was taken care of and that the vehicle was repaired before I left on a long trip! “I was looking for a convertible to rent over the weekend and came across LA Rent A Car. I wasn't looking for anything luxury, so I decided to rent a mayo-colored Mini Cooper. The total came to $210, which wasn't since only the super exotic and luxury car rental companies carry Mini convertibles and usually charge upwards of $300. The manager Ali (super adorable) rented me the car and showed me how to put the top down. He was really nice and professional. He took his time and made sure I knew how the radio, windows, and A/C worked. He even let me leave my car at their lot for free! When I returned the car, a lady named Sammy assisted me and was just as nice. It was a bit out of the way for me to rent a car near LAX but it was well worth the value and experience. I'll be back Al!”

“We picked up rental, Anny the branch manager was super nice. We even got a jeep wrangler since I told her we are going to Florida. Unfortunately that car was too loud, since I have never sat in one I was worried that something is wrong with the car. That's when hell started. We went from branch to branch to get it swapped. We had to swap it 5 times. Upon telling the whole story to Anny who when we returned the car was very apologetic even she had nothing to do with the issues. She even gave us some discount for our troubles which was super nice of her. Anny M. Chuquicondor put my faith back in enterprise.”
