“Less than an hour, after an oil change at my local dealership, the heat shield under the engine, came loose and began dragging. This location was closest to me at the time. They put it up on the hoist and reinstalled the heat shield properly at no charge. Incredibly friendly, this is what customer service is all about. Will definitely be reaching out to this location for tires and service in the future!”

“Unfortunately I can’t say much positive things about Upland Tesla Service and this is why I am reviewing because I decided to come to Riverside Tesla Service. I’ve never been treated so well at a dealership. I dropped off my car that was out of warranty for some work and she asked me what kind of model would I like to drive while my Tesla is in the shop. I was shocked I was asked that without even asking which I wasn’t. Upland Tesla completely shut me down when I even asked if this was offered. Every single team member had a smile unlike Upland. Every team member treated me amazing. It made me love Tesla more. I live so far away from this service center but if I’m going to be treated like this here… I’ll just start coming here for everything and anything. They even charged my Tesla which Upland has never done that. I could write more but this should be enough ♥️ Thanks Tesla Service of Riverside for taking care of me and The Ticket Terminator’s company Tesla. “My experiences with these guys goes back a couple years to when the owner first met me on a very cold and snowy day in Nov to show me some tractor models. It was my first tractor purchase and I asked, and was asked a lot of questions to help me determine the right model based on my needs. Jim was patient with me for 4 months until I finally bought and at the end of the day it came down to their products being a lot of value for the money and how they do business. Jim still says hi to me when he sees me pop in for things from time to time. My most recent experiences have been implement purchases and a third function kit that I chose to install myself. Instead of making a big deal about it and making me think that I really should pay them to do it, they sold me a great quality product that had a very seamless after market install. I'm sure the guys could tell based on my questions this wasn't exactly my area of expertise but I wanted to tackle it with my 18yo son as a project to do together. Without even asking and after I left, Darin in the service department took the time to send me some detailed schematics that would make the install easier. That is exceptional customer service! An instance just came up that required a little troubleshooting and some spare parts needed and after a few phone calls and emails with Darin the problem was identified and he reached out to the manufacturer to get me what I needed. I am really happy with my equipment purchases from these guys, and what they say it true...the dealer you buy from matters. Looking forward to working with these guys for years to come.”
