My only suggestion for how the experience could have been better would be for them to add a wash and interior vacuum of the car before returning it to me. Anywhere from returning a call, just plainly coming to the RV and coming out on the day and time promised, not knowing what to do, charging me for things that I knew were already checked but for some reason they have to check them again, or just have less knowledge then I do.. Roger is the best.I called and left a message. He called within 30 minutes. He offered to come out that day but I had to work and we agreed on the next day. He showed up on time. Was very knowledgeable of our RV. Got right to work and fixed our air conditioning. Also solved the issue we were having with the microwave. On his day off, John answered, I told him about my situation and he didn’t hesitate to make sure that he was able to service me so that I could make it home safely. On the way to his shop, he stayed on the phone with me to make sure I made it there safely, he and his son put the tire on and John called me the next day to make sure I made it to Florida safely.
