“We have taken multiple makes and models to Sloans over the years. They handled the repair or found someone who could. They have a speed shop and can do head work and engine rebuilds in shop instead of ordering in a crate engine like most shops. We had a modified F150 with custom everything that they were always willing to work on even when it required painful parts searches or custom parts and brackets. They're good about calling before working but they will tell you if something is close to failing or should be replaced. When a screw driver dropped across a fuse block for the stereo system on that same custom truck they paid for the replacement of the fried amp and even helped cover the cost for the head unit when it started to flake later. Their practice of recommending repairs might be the reason for the review claiming repairs for things that weren't broken but it has been my experience that these folks have never broken something and then charged me for their mistake. 3rd generation shop with folks that take pride in their work and take the time to explain things if you ask.”

From Steve who was our point of contact for all of the work and advised us on certain critical decisions, to the Technicians who performed the work ( and even updated our diesel engine's software ! ), they all took great care of US and our RV !!!! We were allowed to come in the night before and plug in at one of their two RV Sites in the parking lot. That made the next morning very much more relaxed, as we didn't have to do more than unplug, hand over our keys and then grab our two dogs and head out for breakfast. “I took my 4L60E transmission out of my 2000 Pontiac Trans Am to Eddie and his crew. I had lost fourth gear and third gear was already slipping pretty bad. When I arrived to the shop I was immediately welcomed by his son Junior. I explained to him my situation and he said no problem bring it in we'll take care of you. A few minutes later the owner Eddie showed up and immediately began to tear down the transmission so that he can pinpoint the problem. Sure enough the three and four clutches were shot and he showed me this physically. I left my transmission there and it only took him a couple days to get it completely rebuild with some performance upgrades. Needless to say Eddie and his crew did an excellent job on my transmission. Once everything was bolted back together again I test drove the car around the block and was amazed at the Quality of work Eddie did, the car was shifting a lot smoother than the original. I will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone that might need their service and I will be going back for some differential work!”
