“Had an oil leak, they quickly diagnosed the issue and came back to me saying the plastic oil filter housing was cracked and that's where the leak was coming from. Dodge, why is this plastic? Rick hooked it up with a new aluminum housing for the filter and the issue is gone. They went above and beyond to get my work truck back on the road and I feel confident there won't be any issues. Joseph is definitely my to go man for getting the job done when my diesel equipment fails and I need it fixed. I can count on him to have the solution to get my equipment back on track. I had a truck that had been been sitting a while and a DEF sensor code came on. I appreciate them telling me, many tire shops would have not said a word and let me drive away but not Beasley Tire. I’ve got a new respect for this business and will be using then from now on. “Where do we start ! With the good stuff of course 😊 We had an unexpected incident in need of a tow on a Sunday morning. Andrew’s customer service over the phone was simply enough to feel relaxed already. He was out to us within the hour despite being on another job. He showed up, put our minds at ease and loaded us up onto the trailer. He dropped us off at the shop with our home on wheels ( we have been on the road for almost 4 months in our little home) and when we arrived they levelled out the vehicle for us so we were still able to live in it while they looked at it ( as the damages were causing a steep angle of the vehicle) . They offered us to stay beside their shop, offered us power for our Campervan , a heater as the winter nights are approaching & anything else we may have needed. Such hospitality. Monday morning we were able to talk to Ron inside the shop and said he would get to look at it As soon as they had a moment, understood, mechanics are under the pump when it comes to work… and a big job like this… they squeezed us in THE NEXT DAY. Got us a very reasonable quote for the work and the repairs that were needed. What a quick fix from a pretty disastrous situation as we were on a mission to get back to Canada before winter. Thank you Clete’s & team for the rescue and great customer service! Above & beyond.”
