“After a week long of surfing the internet for a remanufactured 4L60E transmission from what appears to be the top manufacturers in the USA. They all came up short with broken promises. Can you just imagine the frustration at this time? To my surprise late Friday afternoon I spoke with a gentleman from the transmission warehouse claiming that they have one in stock and someone would call me first thing Monday morning. I thought to myself yeah okay they all said they had one in stock and even got the sales representative their personal cell phone. What makes it any difference here.? Well transmission warehouse reached out to me Monday morning at 7:45 a.m. to assure me that they had one available for me. “Paul did some work for me a couple weeks ago shortening and re-splining some axle shafts. I narrowed an axle that is not commonly narrowed so it was a little bit of a unique situation. He did an excellent job. He does this for a hobby now, but follows it up with several decades of experience. Communications, wait time, and service were all first class. While I was there, Paul even taught me some things about axles. I'll definitely be using him again in the future and I would recommend any of my friends to do the same.”

They got my car taken care of quickly and he was able to fix two cracked windows from someone trying to break into my car a few weeks prior, without me paying anything additional. “Was traveling with my family on a 2700 mile cross country trip and my truck broke down and had catastrophic engine failure the crew at this shop was awesome cause the repair was out of our means and they let us park our rv at their shop with power, made sure we had clean clothes and showers as well as make sure we had a vehicle to get food or any necessities we ran out after not being able to repair the truck do to funds they arranged a truck they could borrow and managed to take us the remainder of the 2000 miles. “I can't recommend this place enough. We broke down on the road and had to get towed here when no other mechanic could look at our car. This is a family-run auto repair shop in a really small town. A sensor in my car failed making my car undriveable. Ralph realized he couldn't get the part until the next day. I know that replacing the sensor would be an easy job for any mechanic, and it would bring in a few hundred bucks for the shop. But instead of taking the easy money from us, Ralph helped me figure out how to drive the car home safely without the sensor, so I could get it repaired later, all so my family wouldnt be stuck in a motel that night. He only had me pay the standard initial fee to diagnose the problem. I felt like this was a total test of Ralph's character, and he proved to be a really good guy. It's hard to find a mechanic that you can feel confident will do the right thing and not just try to make extra money off you. Ralph is amazing. We were blessed to end up here!”
