“I took my car in for multiple problems it was having shortly after buying it (used). Zach was great and laid everything out very clearly for me. I don't know much about cars and felt cared for by Zach and his staff. He made sure to let me know what issues needed to be fixed for safety, and what issues I could wait on and for how long to wait, if I needed to. He was willing to work with me and very cautious of my budget and the tough spot I am in so I really appreciated that information even though I went ahead and got everything fixed at once. The pricing seemed comparable to other places I have taken my cars in the past. Maybe a little bit more? But it's worth it because they actually care for you, this isn't JUST a business transaction. They want you safe in your car. The receptionist is lovely so friendly. Everyone seemed to really enjoy working with each other and the overall dynamic is very different from most mechanics. They staff is friendly, caring, so kind, and they're having fun at work. This is so refreshing to see. I also really loved that my car didn't smell like smoke once I got it back. It always does after taking it in, am I right or am I right? But no smoke smell in my car after leaving it at Fellows! I think that's something worth noting. The text reminders about appointments and notifications when the car is done is very nice. I got a text AND a call when my car was finished. I'm just so impressed. And lastly, I didn't have a ride so I had to wait most of the day for the repairs to be done, which I was fine with, but I was offered a ride to one of the fast food or coffee shops down the road so I didn't have to walk. This place will respect and take care of you. If I could do more for them than 5 stars and a positive review, I would.”

“This company is very professional. My wife came here to see me from Texas. On the way down here she ran over something that came out of a semi-truck hauling concrete. She bent one of her rims and cracked another. It was MardiGras weekend and Monday was Presidents Day. Every rim repair shop in South Mississippi was closed. This man worked on my wife's two rims and repaired them at 7:00 p.m. at night. He did an excellent job. He was very professional and went above and beyond the call of duty.
