David and his guys did a fantastic job on our pool re-plaster! His consistent professionalism and communication are so refreshing from a service company!! We love the work, it was reasonably priced, and we can’t recommend highly enough.

I am a newly "adopted customer" for this great service oriented company. I have been with another Austin Pool company for five years and was lost on what "true" customer service could be. Every technichian that has come to house - is professional - really has the expertise of pool mangement - but equally importantly - knows the value of getting to know me as the customer - the house - the kids - the dogs - all the surroundings that help them be successful and help me (the client) know that I can trust them, their people, and their services. Well Done Runkle! Shame on me for going with the incumbent and not searching you out five years ago!

I bought my house in Cedar Creek 2 years ago and inherited Runkles pool service with the house. I am so glad I did as they have always had great customer service. This year I had them put in the salt water system instead of the chlorinator system. I love it. Feels better on your skin , feels "healthier". Highly recommend them for repair, service and customer service. They even repaired some brick work on my garage.
