And they actually have working equipment and massage beds and chairs unlike my home gym of Forest Park which is always a mess and has broken equipment forever. Thank you to Lindsay and Ken for your helpfulness and kindness!

(November 30, 2018, 12:17 pm)Great place to workout! HOWEVER, beware of the early morning workout couple that takes over the gym. They have a very extensive routine with never ending reps. I hope one day they wake with a clue to just alternate with each other rather then taking up a whole section of the gym. I'm sure they'll soon get members complaining. It's rude and inconsiderate to everyone. Plenty of people have workout partners but they alternate and don't take up half the gym. A HUGE shout out and thank you to those who DO have consideration to everyone else!
