I have gone to different kinds of class with most of the CycleStars and have never had a bad time. If you're in the Yorktown area and want to have a good time with a workout, this is a good place to try!

Not only is the music great, all of the instructors I've encountered are wonderful, they provide you with motivation and their enthusiasm is at a whole other level. I leave with a huge smile and feeling better with myself!
(August 2, 2021, 5:54 pm)All the instructors and classes are great but I really love the empower rides with Nicole. The speed and “choreography” of classic rides are not easy for me but I know I’m getting a great workout with the empower classes. Staff is super friendly and I always feel welcome when I walk in the door. I love it!
