It's been a long project handled by multiple shops that is often so intimidating that many shops don't want to touch it. It's a busy shop but that's a good sign, that means people trust their work. Norwood not only fixed the issues I brought it in for but they went above and beyond to find and fix issues on their own that were missed by other shops without inflating the price above what was quoted. They took it upon themselves to correct issues as they found them because it was the right thing to do. “Promised a mini excavator on Friday for a weekend checkout. It came back damaged from person who rented before. No call telling us there was not one available so I made a trip for nothing. On the plus side, one came available on Saturday and they called us. We were able to rent it and get our dirt work finished. Upon returning, we were charged $25 for not cleaning it although my husband used power washer on it. Even that was okay, but staff wasn't very friendly. I think we would rather deal with Crossland because the staff there is very friendly and helpful. Picture is when I returned it. It looked pretty clea. To us.”
