  My experience at Research Hospital was like nothing I've seen. I have had a lot of dealing with hospitals with aging parents and nothing compared to my visit . From the ER to my release I didn't have one complaint. I had awesome nurses and testing was quick and results were quicker. I even liked the meals. I've joked around with my family about it being a staycation. Big thanks to all of everyone there!!

  All went very well. Directions to facility were excellent. Pleasant visit... this was six weeks post surgical appointment at doctor's office. However I was in Research Medical for four days the first of October. . .the room was never cleaned, trash emptied, bed changed, gown changed, offer to assist personal hygiene..not even offer of opportunity to brush teeth???? Nursing care was 100% A+...guess that's what matters.

  I was made to feel "sub-human" as though I didn't matter.

  I was asked to speak with them about my review. Three weeks later, I still have not found the privet messaging option. No link in the email, no link or tab on this site and no link or tab on their web page. I even searched "privet messaging, Review feedback, Review messaging". "No results found" for each of them. Up to 2015, I've always had a positive opinion of the hospital and staff. But this last ER visit ruined it. Maybe it was just because it was just after midnight, maybe the whole ER was having a bad day or maybe all the new changes just brought in people who suck.
