“This is the place to go for automotive repairs. The rates are reasonable and they communicate with you, to let you know what's going on. And if you get a answering machine they will call you back asap. My car was the timing chain guide. Which is a big job. I had a hard time finding any shop that would do it. They replaced only what was necessary as I requested. After as week it overheated. They sent a wrecker and repaired it, and drove it several times before returning it to me. And they didn't even try to charge me again, not even for the tow, like other shops would do. Joe was honest. And the lady at front desk was very nice. Thank you to the mechanics who had to work on my 19 year old Lincoln Avaitor, it's not a easy car to work on, trust me, I know.”

“The team at tire plus went above and beyond of just putting tires on my bronco. I got an inspection the other day and had a quote for 5 new tires. The quote was cheaper then anywhere around here so it was a no brainer. I talked to Justin and said I couldn’t get it back till the weekend. He said no problem but if you want it sooner we can pick it up / drop back off if I wanted it done sooner. I mentioned I wanted the old tires too since they only had 5k miles on them so Justin loaded them in his truck and dropped them off the same time as my bronco. He corrected all of the problems that the previous shop overlooked. “Many establishments are short staffed and booked out for at least two weeks plus. I had a mechanical issue that had me very worried as we are currently a one vehicle family. I drove to Sonny’s with the hopes of setting an appointment. The staff was amazing to say the least. Before I knew it, my car was on a lift for a diagnosis. Not just one, but two test drives later with me along for the ride, I was shown exactly what needed to be repaired. In addition, I learned of a recent previous repair that was done incorrectly at a different business. Service work was done with zero pressure. I was shown what needed to be repaired. It was a very clear and honest diagnosis. I now have a plan, and a dollar amount for repairs that will need to be addressed down the road. Great people! Great business!”

I had some wide tires put on a dually and he instantly called me to let me know I'm going to need spacers to fit the rear wheels. He showed me how much of a bind the tires would be in without spacers and suggested I use them if I don't want to tear anything up. I felt welcomed walking in the shop.”
